Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your work and busy social life? Are you struggling to turn off your thoughts and reduce stress? Do you feel stuck in a vicious cycle of negative thoughts and worriness? Then Gopher comes to rescue you with a mindfulness workshop!
Mindfulness meditation can effectively help you to manage stress, improve your concentration and general health. Meditation can make you calmer and more relaxed. With meditation you will learn to respond differently to your experiences and use awareness to undo your habitual responses.
If you feel the need to manage your stress or increase your concentration while working or studying you are welcome to join us (for free) on April 24th!

Cancellation and reimbursement of participation fee
If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.
Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event, unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
