This month is going to be spooky during Halloween! Halloween in a student city can only mean one thing, a lot of themed events and great parties.

Gopher is also organising a Halloween party and during this party we will introduce you to the new Gopher board! Come trick and treat yourself for a good deal of dinner and drinks provided by Gopher!

Discover yourself, feel free, share the love and life perception with your Phd fellows. Come join us for a creepy night of fun, music, and the transition from the old Gopher Board to the new one (Keep in mind that the available spots are limited).

Of course, it would not be a halloween party without a costume so make sure to wear one!

As mentioned earlier there are some dinner/drinks options:

Dinner: Italian buffet (with vegetarian options) (19:00-21:00):

• Spaghetti Bolognese.

• Penne with salmon, broccoli and cream sauce.

• Lasagna.

• Fresh salad with bread

• 2 drinks included.

Drinks+snacks (21:00-23:00):

• Unlimited Brand Bearing, wine, and soft drinks.

• Two rounds of ‘bitterballs’.

• Unlimited cocktail nuts.

Option1: €20 p.p dinner and drinks+snacks (19:00-23:00)

Option2: €7 p.p drinks+snacks only (21:00-23:00)

The deadlines for the registration are:

• October 21st at 23:30 for option 1 (dinner+drinks+snacks),

• October 26th at 23:30 for option2 (drinks+snacks).

This event will take place in Glazen zaal, Van Swinderen Huys. It’s mandatory to show your covid code in “CoronaCheck” app. Don’t come to the party when you have complains or if a household member has corona.

If you have any objections to that, please notify the board beforehand.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
