Hatha yoga is a relatively gentle and slow yoga practice in which you can easily connect with your breath. Connecting with your breath and your body as a whole, helps to slow down your active brain and thereby to relax. Thus, a perfect thing to do after your busy day at work!
To ease into the practice we will start with a sitting meditation. Then we will do several asana’s (yoga poses), like standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses. We will end the class with a long relaxation to make sure that everyone leaves the class relaxed.
This class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogi’s!

At the Gopher events, photos are taken for social media. Photos are not used for commercial purposes!

Cancellation and reimbursement of participation fee
If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.
Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event, unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
