Join us to Cologne (Germany) for the Christmas Market!
Christmas markets, originated in Germany, are streets market associated with the celebration of Christmas during the four weeks of Advent. They first appeared in the German-speaking region of Europe—which included many of the eastern regions of France—in the late Middle Ages.
This time we will go together to see one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Europe, on a day trip to Cologne (Germany), a city located in the west of the country and renowned for its museums, houses and medieval cathedrals, as well as for the Shrine of the Three Kings, which supposedly contains the relics of the Three Magi.
We hope to see you on this adventure!
Time: the bus will leave Groningen at 7:30 am, and we will return that same day at night
Date: December 17th, 2022.
Price:
Payment until November 23: 35 EUR for PhD students, and 37 EUR for non-PhD
Payment from November 24: 38 EUR for PhD students, and 40 EUR for non-PhD
