Wellness Lab: Body & Mind 🌿
Join us for a practical and restorative session designed for PhD students who would like to explore simple tools for managing stress and supporting focus.
During this interactive workshop, we will combine:
🧘♀️ guided meditation to settle the mind,
🤸 gentle stretching to release common desk-related tension, and
🌸 the creation of a personal aromatherapy breathing tool, which we will use together in a short breathing practice.
The session is designed to be accessible, practical, and directly applicable to everyday research life — from writing and deadlines to meetings and presentations.
No prior experience is needed. ✨
