Join us for a practical and restorative session designed for PhD students who would like to explore simple tools for managing stress and supporting focus.
During this interactive workshop, we will combine:

🧘♀️ guided meditation to settle the mind, and
🤸 gentle stretching to release common desk-related tension.
The session is designed to be accessible, practical, and directly applicable to everyday research life — from writing and deadlines to meetings and presentations.
