Everyone knows that it is best to exercise and go outside on a daily basis. However during these working from home times you sometimes just forget to go outside or do exercises. Now there is a solution with an addicting game-aspect in it.

You might have heard of the “Ommetje”-app. Ommetje is a Dutch old-fashioned word for a short walk. The UKrant wrote a piece about the “Ommetje”-app last week. You can read it here.

To help PhD’s get out of their houses we thought of starting a Gopher team. Everyone can join and compete for the 1st place. The “Ommetje”-app is available in English and Dutch. You can join the Gopher team by adding the team code in the “Ommetje”-app. The team code is: QDRWL
