Pint of Science Netherlands is hosting their online science communication festival from the 10th to the 21st of May nightly at 20:00. Each day of the event a Pint of Science team from a different Dutch city presents a topic with renowned guest speakers. Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics are fields that have been increasingly growing. However, AI is very far from the boundless visions depicted by science fiction. While media bombards us with all sorts of news about how complex AI currently is, this talk will discuss: how complex is it in fact? And, most importantly: how will we ever make AI achieve the complexity we hope for?
