Gopher invites you for our second online workshop, another one in our #HappyHealthyPhD series. After the successful first virtual session, we are happy to announce we are teaming up again with Mr. Debayan Bhakta, a yoga expert from India. Mr. Bhakta provided the following description for this workshop:
“This time, the yoga session is going to center around ‘mindfulness’ through some unique quick relaxation techniques (QRT), pranayamic breathing processes and chantings, followed by a short candle light meditation (Tratak). The very purpose of this initiative is to make us observant of our thoughts, and being able to appreciate artfully, our “consciousness” without any filters of judgment. In the strange doldrums of locked down odds, we hope you will all fall find a glimpse of a newer you in this class, with the help of the Indian yoga master.”
