One of the Dutchest things to do in winter (or, in general) is to go ice skating on frozen lakes, canals, or streams. Unfortunately, this is becoming more and more difficult. To still give you the full experience, Gopher goes ice skating at a local rink!

Location: Sports center Kardinge, Kardingerplein 1, 9735 AA Groningen.

Prices

Regular (without ice skate rent): €8 for PhDs, €11 for non-PhDs

Including ice skate rent: €14 for PhDs, €17 for non-PhDs

After an hour of ice skating, we will warm ourselves up with a drink next to the rink. As always, first one is on us!

Because we need to communicate the number of skates we want to rent beforehand, it is not possible to sign up for this event after January 14.

If you have any objections to that, please notify the board beforehand.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 72 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
