For the third virtual workshop under the guidance of experienced yoga instructor Debayan Bhakta, we are going to have a yoga session on “full body stretching” and “muscle strengthening.” In this session, we are going to explore and expand the physical limits of our bodies through a properly designed series of yoga asanas, followed by a complete relaxation technique called yoga nidra. If you feel ready to rejuvenate your cardiovascular system, and to develop your calm mind, you will enjoy this body-mind rejuvenation workshop!
