Dealing with stress, learn how to DIY:

First you will make an overview of the factors in your work that cause stress. Then you select the most important stress factor and try to come to a definition of the problem.

The next step is to see what you can do to minimize this problem: can you be more assertive? Can you avoid this source of stress? Can you delegate certain tasks? Can you in some way take control over this situation? And if not: is there a way in which you can come to accept that this is, for the time being, a given situation, so that it doesn't bother you as much?

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event, unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
