The next online yoga session, under the experienced guidance of Indian yoga instructor Debayan Bhakta, will be on slow endurance enhancing - which would immediately unite the body and mind. There will be 12 asanas in a proper sequence, along with some breathing techniques to energize the prana. This ancient technique of performing asanas will give you a different feel, where your experience will be the teacher. Are you ready to unite mind and body?

This event will take place online on Zoom, and is free of charge.

It is no longer possible to sign up for this event, as the participant limit has been reached.
