Gopher would like to invite you to our VrijMiBBQ, where we combine some of the better things in life: Friday afternoon drinks, good food, and even better company! We will have the terrace of the ACLO Sports Bar at our disposal, where there will be enough space to socially distance in a responsible manner.

Fee: €7 per person (€12,50 for non-PhDs). For this price, you can choose between barbecue sausages, beefburgers chicken filet, pork filet, french fries, potato salad, green salad, tomato salad, kidney beans salad, and different kinds of sauces. Additionally, for vegetarians, there will be veggie burger, vegetable scewers, and corn (on the cob), among other things. Finally, your first drink will be paid for by Gopher.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until Sunday September 13 9pm. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
