Burnout prevention workshop II

Do you feel stressed? Are you having trouble concentrating and do you have ‘To-Do-Lists’ everywhere? Do you sometimes feel that you don’t have time to relax or see friends?

In that case, it might be a good idea to register for the burnout prevention workshop 2. You will get information about stress-related symptoms and learn when it is a normal part of life and when it becomes alarming. You will also do a self-assessment on burn-out. This online workshop will provide you with the tools to find balance in your life and to strengthen your resilience.

This online workshop will be provided by the RUG PhD Psychologist, Karen Huizing (for more information - see this link).

This event is free of charge and will take place online via Zoom.
