If you want to start healthy, balanced and productively in the new year, you should join our healthy resolutions week in January! In the first official working week of 2022 (10th to 16th of January), we tackle changing our habits together. Each morning we will meet at 7 am online to start the day together and set some goals. Each day will have a different focus, and we’ll prepare different activities (like yoga, walking, cooking, etc.) to help you establish new habits. There will be tasks to be completed, goodies to be collected, and we will share our experiences in a WhatsApp group each day. At the end of the week, there will be a round of reflection, in which you decide what works best for you. The exact schedule will be announced before the week starts.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee
If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.
Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
