Yoga workshop with Anu: FLAT BELLY AND BRIGHT BRAIN

Summer is around the corner and it is nice to have a flat tummy and feel energetic at the same time.

In this workshop we will focus on the core (again, for those of you who participated in the last workshop), with twists, side bends and even a breathing practice which works on the frontal lobe of the brain as well as on the abdomen. We will conclude the workshop with a 15 minutes full relaxation, much needed after this strong practice. The relaxation will help your body to restore itself.

  • You will need a (yoga) mat.

  • If you like to sit on a (low) meditation style cushion for the breathing practice, then please have it ready.


  • It is best to wear loose fitting clothes, or yoga clothing if you have. For the final relaxation you will need a blanket and warm socks.

The event is going to take place online via Zoom and it is free of charge.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
