Indian cuisine workshop

Gopher is happy to invite you to another exciting cooking workshop, this time we will try a famous dish from the Indian cuisine.

Our board member, Babu Raman, will show us how to make one of his favourite dishes: Paneer tikka masala.

Paneer tikka masala is a vegetarian delight alternative to the famous chicken tikka masala. It is authentically prepared by marination of Paneer (Indian cottage Cheese) with spices, grilled in a tandoor, and finally added to the gravy. It is usually served with naan or basmati rice.

In this workshop, you will learn an easy way to prepare the paneer tikka masala with its famous buddy, butter naan. This delicious combination will tease all your 6 senses.

We will start the workshop by preparing the dough for naan, then we will proceed to marinate the paneer. Meanwhile, we will sauté onions, tomatoes for the masala and prepare the gravy. We will finish off with paneer tikka and naan.

It will be great if you can chop onions and tomatoes before the workshop.
