Covid-19 rules have already become less strict and we are very excited to organise the first Gopher’s VrijMiBo of 2021! Of course, we still need to follow a few rules.

Want to meet up and share your life in covid period? Ready for the summer break? Has your paper been accepted for publication and want to celebrate? Feel like having a drink? Whatever the reason is, come over to “De Boel” and meet people from the Gopher boards and your fellow PhDs.

Find us from 5pm onward.

Due to the reservation rule in “De Boel”, please fill in the registration form so that we know how many people we should reserve spots for!

As always: first drink is on us!

This event is free of charge and will take place in “De Boel”.

Please wash your hands when you arrive and always try to keep your distance.  Don't come when you have complains or if a household member has corona.

If you have any objections to that, please notify the board beforehand.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
