Pilates - online

In our next online session, we will go pilates! Under the guidance of experienced Indian yoga instructor Debayan Bhakta, there will be a series of pilates of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength building exercises of the abdomen and lower extremities. The set of exercises will improve the endurance and overall body movements - specifically core strength. Sounds challenging and fun? Join the session to taste a new dimension of fitness throughout the day! Be ready to sweat and rejuvenate!

This event will take place online via Zoom, and will be free of charge.
