You have spotted an interesting vacancy that is made for you and, according to your knowledge, you are definitely the right fit for the position. How do you make sure you are invited for a job interview?

Once you have decided to apply for a vacancy, your Curriculum Vitea (CV) and cover letter will be very important, since these documents are used during the selection procedure. During this workshop we will take a closer look at the CV. We will dig deeper into the right lay-out, consistency, and structure, and we will elaborate on which information to include.

In addition, we will elaborate on the cover letter. We will focus on how to stand out from the crowd, how to incorporate a logical structure, and how to show that your capabilities fit the vacancy. After the workshop you are able to provide a solid CV and cover letter for any interesting vacancy. 

The workshop is free of charge and it will take place online via Google meet.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
