A lot of PhD's find it hard to keep up their self discipline, especially during this pandemic situation, with all the feelings of guilt and dissatisfaction that goes along with it. This leads to long to do lists and not being able to meet deadlines. This negative pattern can change!

There are different backgrounds to procrastination. Find out why you procrastinate (you will do a small questionnaire) and based on that assessment, you can choose to try some of the practical tips you will get during the workshop.

This event is free of charge and will take place via zoom.

Cancellation policy and reimbursement of participation fee

If you are unable to attend an event (paid or free) you have signed up for, please notify the Gopher board beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, canceling your registration and reimbursing your paid participation fee can be done until 24 hours before the start of the event. Please make sure you read carefully the registration/cancellation procedures in the confirmation email for each event sent by us.
